Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post. No responsibility is taken for lost packages however I will always follow this up with Australia Post. Items can be shipped internationally. Please contact me to arrange a quote.
Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase/payment. Delivery times depend on Australia Post or local postage provider.
- I DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.
- I DO NOT accept order cancellations once. Once an order has been placed, it is final. If you have concerns about your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If an item is prohibited from being shipped overseas by customs authorities – a full refund will be issued.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective*, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. The original item must be returned back to me within 5 days of delivery. I will arrange a replacement of the same item, or an alternate item to the same value. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued – less shipping.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*I place a high value on the integrity of my items. Damaged and defective items are determined at my discretion. A return of the original item is required. Full refunds, including any shipping costs, are available in any instance of a major fault or defect, as per Australian Consumer Law.
